Once you find a mechanic you like, you can either send a direct request for a quote or, alternatively, post a general service request that multiple mechanics can review and respond to with their offers.
When posting a service request, include details about your bike, the specific issue or service you need, and any preferences regarding timing or budget. Clear details help mechanics understand your requirements and provide accurate quotes.
Yes, once you receive offers or have selected a mechanic, you can chat with them through our in-app messaging system. This lets you ask questions, discuss the service in detail, and arrange for convenient timings.
PEDAL24 manages payments directly through our platform. Once both you and the mechanic confirm the service, the payment remains pending until the service is completed. After you confirm that the service was satisfactorily completed, the payment is released to the mechanic’s account. Mechanics can withdraw their earnings monthly.
