It started with a
simple question.
PEDAL24 grew out of a question that wouldn’t go away: why is looking after the bike you love so much harder than the ride itself? Harun Sultani and Jawad Aria both felt it, and both poured themselves into finding an answer — studying how bike services really work in a city, talking to riders and mechanics, and slowly shaping an idea that outgrew where it began.
Finding a mechanic you can trust, knowing what a repair will cost, sorting out a simple fix — it was all harder than it had any right to be. A broken gear could swallow a whole week. The two of them were convinced it didn’t have to be that way, and they committed to building the thing they wished existed.
That conviction became the company. As CEO, Harun carries the vision that drives it — a future where cycling is effortless and fun, where a bike is freedom anyone can rely on. Step by step, PEDAL24 is growing into a home for everyone who rides, and the promise underneath it hasn’t changed. Keep it simple. Keep it human. Keep people riding.
